Goal
To provide city leaders, businesses and residents with convenient, centralized access to key statistics on San Jose's economy, enabling informed discussion and decision-making.
How to use the dashboard
- Each indicator box shows the most recent data point available. The date for this data point is listed in small text below the number.
- The trend arrow and value show how the indicator changed over the previous year.
- To reveal additional charts, click 'see more'. To hide the charts, click 'see less'.
- To see the source for each indicator, move your cursor over the information "i" symbol in the bottom left corner of each box.
The indicators are updated on a quarterly basis. To subscribe to announcements about data releases and new features, email Michelle Thong in the San Jose Office of Economic Development.
Raw data for all the indicators can be downloaded from the City of San Jose's open data portal.
